The fact that Jennifer Rubin praises people who are political beasts rather than statesmen fighting for the nation’s soul goes without saying. But pushing Chris Christie for President, three years before the election, tends to prove how out of touch she is.
In her article that supposedly admonishes your typical Republican politician from not being “Christie good”, Rubin offends nearly all of the work of the Republican Party, to prop up one man who could more easily identify with progressivist theory than reasoned conservatism.
Christie is a Republican so far to the left he got elected as the governor of Mass. He is a Republican because all the Dim candidate slots were taken when he first ran for office,so his only options were to not run or run as a Republican.
That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about him.
Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)
