Yesterday, I was reading on FR. I do that from time to time, since they have so many articles listed and I dont have to hunt for them. Of course, I am most interested in this healthcare business..since there seems to be changes made constantly. There were about 3 articles, that i clicked on, read and then checked both the article and FR comments...which I almost dont have to do, because I know what they say..lol Anyway, someone kept posting this article in the Obamacare theads.

The article was written..by some female professor, I believe. In it..she states how the american people sit by while the govt does this, that and the other. Nobody does anything.

Anyway, she goes on and on about Obama. One sentence in this article is "wheres your spine, america". I read this whole article hoping this person had some idea on what to do...being that she makes it sound like there is something wrong with us...because we dont do anything. I kept wondering, what exactly is it that she thinks we can do? I get to the end and its about votes. Doesnt she realize that people have BEEN voting. Didnt she see how strange it was that Obama just happened to win these swing states with enough votes to pull him thru? Didnt she read about broken voting machines that were giving Obama Romneys votes or that some counties had everyone voting for Obama? How about the illegals voting..how about some people voting more than once? She makes it look like the american people have their heads up their butts...and the best conclusion she has it to vote? And someone over there on FR thought this article was important enough to post on every obamacare thread?

Look..we can do all of the voting we want...and maybe even win...but by the time that happens and new people get in there..these millions more people will have lost their insurance..and then what? Oh sure..some can say, the hell with it..I am not buying..but there are others who are sick and need it NOW. Also, we can get all conservatives there, in congress, who might actually try to get rid of this law..and guess who will veto it? Are we supposed to go up there with tar, feathers and pitchforks?

Instead of putting the blame on the american people..why arent people putting that blame where it belongs? And why isnt someone doing more to get rid of him? If shes so smart and this article was so important..she should be able to come up with something better (since the american people are letting this happen) than voting.
