it struck me when I first heard about this story that it should be easy for officials to determine who was spending their welfare checks at the strip clubs, porn shops, etc., and deduct the amount spent from their subsequent payments.
I assume advocating such a policy is irrefutable proof I am a heartless illegitmate child.
