One day after President Barack Obama made climate change a key part of his second inaugural address, blaming it for storms, fires and droughts, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said, “No specific storm or weather event can be tied to climate change.”
On Monday, Obama said severe weather such as droughts and storms were evidence of global warming.
