They already have had a number of impact studies already from EPA, State dept. the local states that are involved have done there impact studies and everyone for the past 4 years have come up saying the same thing--NO IMPACT TO ENVIROMENT--the only thing stoping him is the wacko eco-nuts and their money for DNC
Today's Eco-Wack jobs are the modern equivalent to the 19th-century English textile Luddites, who violently protested against the machinery introduced during the Industrial Revolution. Those Luddites at least were protesting the loss of their jobs. These Luddites are simply on a self-righteous crusade against progress in the face of all evidence proving them wrong.
