They have been for a while. I keep waiting for some reponsible adult to get in there and turn things around, but it just never happens. WHY Chris Matthews still even has a show is completely beyond me.

It was good to hear MM make mention of the role of the "civil society," this is an important concept that needs to be hammered home as often as possible before it is forgotten. (That why I tend to harp on it quite a bit!) Also, it would have been good for some of the root issues behind this to have been brought to the fore like the video that you posted here.
