And what perecentage of Americans do you think fall into this ignorance category? I'd say well over half. And those who are not ignorant are bullied as if they were the problem.

I personally think its probably greater than half. As much as 3/4 even. Most people don't take the time to research anything or educate themselves, they rely on the media to tell them what to believe. And the media has been out to lunch on this one. Well, they've been out to lunch on a lot of stuff, but they've really dropped the ball on this one. And GW didn't help any either coming out after 9/11 lying about the truth behind Islam. They are not a religion of peace and haven't been since Mohammed's day.

I think being bullied is scraping the top of the barrel why the truth isn't being told. I believe the real reason is fear. Too many (media) who are in the position to tell us the truth won't because they fear what will happen to them or to their families. And then there's the problem that many in the media are leftists who care more about their own political agendas than anything, and for them in a strange twist of sheer stupidity, they think being in bed with Islam will somehow make all of America's 'failings' will be made right and somehow make their utopia a reality.

One of the many reasons why liberals are insane.
