We’re halfway there. Missourians are, now, waiting on the state senate to do the deed. Their veto override would ensure that the Second Amendment Preservation Act (HB 436) becomes the law of the land in Missouri. This bill nullifies all federal gun laws that infringe on Missourians’ 2nd Amendment rights.
ABC News reports,
A Missouri bill attempting to nullify some federal gun-control policies is one step away from becoming law.
The Missouri House voted 109-49 Wednesday to override Gov. Jay Nixon’s veto of the legislation. But the measure still needs a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate to become law.
The legislation declares that any federal policies that “infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms” shall be invalid in Missouri. It allows state misdemeanor charges to be brought against federal authorities who attempt to enforce those laws, or against anyone who publishes the identity of a gun owner.
Nixon said the bill could violate the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of free speech and its supremacy clause that gives precedence to federal laws over conflicting state ones.
What part of shall not be infringed did you not understand, Governor Nixon!!

Then he is either a fool or a liar, because only PEOPLE have a Free Speech right. The government has no individual RIGHTS. How can they, since they are a "thing",not a person. What they have OBLIGATIONS.
Since he is almost certainly a law school graduate,he must be a liar.
Not that it matters which he is,or even if he is both because what it clearly means is that he is not qualified to be a Governor.
