Eminent Domain has a very wide swath thanks to the corrupt Supreme Court (Kelo v New London). I don't see why they don't have a right to seize whatever they want if it is for the "greater good".

BTW, this is a perfect example of why the spin that we need to vote GOP to protect the Supreme Court is a lie and a fraud. Three of the five majority votes on the disgraceful Kelo decision were GOP appointments.

What the one blonde is describing as negative because no bank will ever again loan money on a house in Richmond again is a part of the scam.

The people running this are all VERY well-connected politically,and the long term plan is to harm the local banks and the local real estate markets to the point where they can come in under another front organization and buy out the banks they have harmed financially by pulling this scam.

Once they do this the banks they just bought will once again give GOVERNMENT-GUARANTEED home loans to people once again at interest rates so sweet that people who can afford 200 grand homes are buying 400 grand homes,and then their houses will be foreclosed on again,the federal government will once again bail out the "local" banks,the "local" banks will be in trouble once again and be sold once again to yet one more front organization owned by the same people,and the game will begin again.

Eventually the end effect will be the politically-connected bankers behind this scam will end up owning all those homes free and clear due to inflated real estate and loan values being paid off by the feds because they will use the profits the feds just gave them to buy the homes once again and will own them free and clear.

Don't worry,though. The politicians in Richmond,California and the state government of California are all Dims,and they care about the peep-pulls,so the home owners will eventually end up being able to rent their former homes at a very reasonable price,and chances are they will even get rent subsidies from the feral government to help them!
