What Cruz said is open to interpretation. I do not see where he waved the white flag. I also see that they didn't quote one named source for this piece. "GOP aid" isn't a name. "one House Republican" isn't a source. Total muck raking garbage. If the House GOP is upset with the Senate, let them stand up and say so.
