I am sure that DHS has already said that it is not terrorisim and Islam is not to blame even before the smoke clears

UPDATES:

Ohio 10TV is reporting that the explosion (or at least the sound of one) came from the deli on the second floor of the Police HQ

Fox 28 is reporting that a maintenance worker in the building reported smelling gun powder after the sound of an explosion in the building.
