This would be funny if it was millions if hits by republicans trying to cause trouble, but it's even better thats it's just one more example of failure on his admins part.
I can't help believing that this is a FAIL on purpose: burn through billions upon billions of our dollars on it, and gets it all one step closer to the Single Payer progressive dream...
