I never would have thought this would get its own law! Seems more evidence of our proclivity toward greater regulation, less freedom.

You can't touch a fat womans belly in PA, but you can shoot and kill anyone on your property or in your car without any issues. We have the Castle Doctrine.

BTW, PA is loaded with blue laws that no one enforces....

It is illegal to have over 16 women live in a house together because that constitutes a brothel.

Any motorist driving along a country road at night must stop every mile and send up a rocket signal, wait 10 minutes for the road to be cleared of livestock.

A special cleaning ordinance bans housewives from hiding dirt and dust under a rug in a dwelling.

These laws and many more are still on the books.

It is still legal to rub a bald mans head right?
