Matt Lauer terrified both young and old Thursday morning with the horrifying Halloween costume he debuted on an allegedly family-friendly program.

“The Today Show” host popped out from behind a screen at 8:18 a.m. in the morning wearing a red one-piece swimsuit stuffed with fake breasts and donned a bleached blonde wig to transform into Pamela Anderson from “Baywatch.”



That is WAY too much man-thigh for 8:18 in the morning.

We dare you to come up with a more frightening Halloween costume this Oct. 31.
