House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa on Thursday subpoenaed Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius over ObamaCare's rocky rollout.

Issa (R-Calif.) accused Sebelius's agency of withholding documents that would shed light on why HealthCare.gov launched with massive technical problems on Oct. 1.

The subpoena compels HHS to produce certain documents by Nov. 13. In a statement, Issa called the department's failure to comply with previous information requests "completely unacceptable."

More BS, BS, BS. When is someone going to step up to the plate and get rid of this disaster? Who cares about the website? What would they do if there was no net? You would have to call someone or go someplace. Its not the website the american people care about, its OBAMACARE.....period.

My God..these people are supposed to be intelligent..cant they see that people are NOT getting helped..they are getting hurt?

I believe, even in countries like the UK..you arent FORCED to be in their healthcare..you can go private. I have used forums for health issues and the Brits will tell you..they can go private..meaning, pay themselves. or i dont know if they can buy private insurance. I was never interested enough to ask anyone back then. And I dont think what they offer in those countries as far as a govt healthcare system..is like what they are doing here...forcing people to use whatever they want them to use.

Oh..but let me tell you about their govt healthcare. I have mild psoriasis..but had enough of it to need a dermatologist. Back then, when I was diagnosed (6 years ago), the insurance I had didnt need a referral, what I have now, needs one, but thats no big deal.

I wont go into detail, but I needed to see a derm, like yesterday. Normal waiting time for an appt was a month. I got an emergency appt in 2 days. This disease can be treated differently depending on severity. From creams, ointments and foams, to light treatments, to biological drugs.

So, I went..ended up with various types of ointments and foams..and for the first few months went back every 6 weeks, then once a year..now, I dont even bother..since it has mostly calmed down.

Back then, they had forums both in the USA and the UK. I used both. Most americans were like me. They had access to the best RXs depending on what was needed and what worked for them.

Now the brits. Very few ever made it to see a derm..they used some clinic doctor. You need a specialist to treat this..not some doctor telling you to use vaseline or Eucerin cream..but this is what those people were getting. Very few were given the cortisone ointments or cream, needed to tame this disease. Very rarely could any of them get UV light treatments..and biologics? Costing thousands ..never.

This is the difference of what america HAD to offer..and what these govt takeovers offer. Sure they can see a doctor..but the waits are very long, and you dont get the care your disease requires. And all of this is coming soon..for us.

I strongly disagree with his unfortunate stand on immigration, but other than that the man is an attack dog.

Can you show me where any of this attack dogs toothless bites ever resulted in anything happening? Nothing happened with Benghazi. Nothing happened with the IRS thing.

Again, for him to have teeth, we need a Republican senate. You don't understand that. The House has the power to impeach Obama officials (and Obama himself), but only the Senate has the power to convict.
