Mark Levin opened his show last night explaining that it would be unconstitutional for Congress to pass legislation that allows Americans to keep their insurance plans that have been canceled because of Obamacare. While it may sound like good legislation, Levin argues that it would force insurance companies into selling policies to the American people and that there is no constitutional authority for Congress to exercise such power. Thus, it would be unconstitutional for Congress to force insurance companies, or rather any business to sell to people.

The math never added up.

Which equals Republican victories down the line. It's political suicide for dems either way
