RUSH: GOP Should Not Be Seen As Part Owners Of ObamaCare

Republicans must have one position and one position only:

"ObamaCare is a disaster that needs to be repealed. Delaying ObamaCare for "one more year" is like changing the Hurricane Sandy disaster from last year to two weeks ago. ObamaCare must be REPEALED and replaced with a sane plan."

The Upton Plan with the "one more year" clause was such lunacy that Obama has just embraced it as a lifeline.

Take a look at the Yahoo lead story about Obama's proposal. It has over 23,000 (twenty three thousand) comments in less than 50 minutes almost unanimously NEGATIVE againstt Obama. The GOP needs to consider the "one more year" Upton proposal as absolutely TOXIC.

How about this?

Delay it, but delay until about a month before the next election. So then the employer mandate and the individual mandate hit at the same time, again.

That will make the election very fun.

And then, right after the election, suspend the mandates until September/October 2016. At which point they go into effect again. So on and so forth.

I read somewhere a little while ago, that the other plan floating around, is NOT for however long you care to pay your premium, its for 2 years.

If this thing is for a year and it passes..those dems running for office in Nov can kiss their asses goodbye..because the same problem will kick in right before the election...plus..many of those who lost their insurance, wont be getting it back soon enough. They will have lived thru periods of time when they are not insured..that is..if they manage to get insured at all because I dont think any of these bills force the insurance companies to comply with their whims of the moment.

I listened to Rush today and he was dead on the money.

The GOP needs to stop pulling the Boy Wonder's bacon out of the fire. Let him fry...or at least stew in his own juices.

FINALLY he is fooling no one. Don't they understand how long we have waited for this moment??
