They obviously choose to ignore every other prohibition in Leviticus or else no man would shave, no one would wear clothing of mixed fabric. It's prejudice, ugly and disguised as some sort of twisted morality.

It is not "prejudice" (an opinion formed beforehand) since it is based upon behavior which must first be revealed or confessed to by the participant.
Oh, and the Bible's condemnation of homosexuality is presented in plenty of other places besides Leviticus.
