I think Speaker Boehner is appropriately "calling out" his caucus.

They have a chance to go on offense by passing border enforcement bills during this election season.

That'd be a winning issue for the GOP!

BullBush! He has never been for border enforcement,and there has never been a reason for him to "call them out" publicly since he has been Speaker. All he would have had to done was tell them privately to go for it and promise to support them instead of holding them back.
