Who is this guy, Benghazi????

No one read Obama's words. Nor do they understand that truth is subjective in the Progressives' minds. This is how Obama and Hillary could use the caskets of dead Americans as a photo op and convince people that answers would be found and that someone would be held responsible. People paid attention to theater and ignored that Progressives do not respect life.

Remember how everyone defended Ambassador Rice when she her performance was criticized? They called it racism. It worked. Imagine how an attack on Hillary Clinton would be spun. She's always been allowed to hide behind her femininity when it suited her.

It's the way the senate rules are set up they are only given 5 min to address then if time expires Hillary does not have to answer at that time she then has to write her answer then submit it later

They all ran of time. For some reason (unknown to me) both the Senate and House hearings had 5 minute limits for each committee member. It was held to hard and fast. Even if HRC rambled on and on, the questioner had to interrupt her (or try to) to get another question in. I believe that the "rules" require HRC (or her staff) to provide a written response (don't know the time requirement) to all of the questions that were not answered. Some of the committee members used almost all of their 5 minutes to get in questions "on the record" that supposedly HRC will have to answer later. I have no idea as to why they agreed to this 5 minute limit, especially in the House hearing where the committee is chaired by an R.

IMO, a hearing on a matter of this importance should go on for as long as necessary, several days if need be. (It's not like they are all too busy doing something useful.) But I guess that it all had to be DONE yesterday, so that today they can move on to rubber-stamping Lurch as HRC's replacement. Sweep all of the dirt under the rug, do it quick, NOW!

Not that I expect any of this to actually lead to anything, but, I think the biggest wallop was when Rand Paul asked HRC about the gun running from that outpost in Libya through Turkey and on to Syria (and elsewhere). The look of shock on her face was priceless. And her stammering answer about not hearing about that and having "to ask the agency in charge of the outpost (CIA)" was one for the ages. But of course, none of it will amount to a hill of beans, just more theater to distract.

That's the point, FP. None of it amounts to a hill of beans.

And Obama's/Hillary's guilt in the deaths of Americans remains unchallenged by the very people we elected to challenge them.

Pretty much. (That's why I've gone from being more or less a "sunny optimist" for almost my whole life, to becoming more and more pessimistic every day.)
