Whenever I hear the Judge draw the distinction between what it is "legal" and what is "Constitutional" it always reminds me of my father trying to explain that to me when I was about 8 or 9 years old. (I was so naive I couldn't imagine that government would pass laws that were indeed unconstitutional. Like most of us, as I grew older I found out that Dad was right about a lot of things!)

“It will be found an unjust and unwise jealousy to deprive a man of his natural liberty upon the supposition he may abuse it.”- George Washington
Orthodoxy SUCKS.
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson
