High-school freshman suspended for having a picture of a gun
A freshman, Daniel McLaine Jr., of Arizona’s Poston Butte High School was suspended when the teacher saw that the desktop wallpaper of his school allotted computer was a picture of a gun which was placed on a flag. McLAine says that the picture was downloaded on the internet and in no way belonged to him.
Can parents provide computers for the students or must they use school-issued computers?
Orthodoxy SUCKS.
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson
