A number of Democrats, including First Lady Michelle Obama, are bringing illegal immigrants as guests to the State of the Union on Tuesday.

But a spokeswoman with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency declined to comment to The Daily Caller on Tuesday about whether the agency approves of this occurring at the Capitol, where Obama is set to give his annual address on Tuesday night.

These people flaunt their lawlessness as a badge of honor

And they put the "enforcement agency" in an unbelievably difficult position.

It's a power move to prove that America, as we knew it, is dead and they own it now. America has lost its conscience. They're daring Rubio, can you top that?

And the opposition remains silent. They know the Obama's have become a law unto themselves and there is nothing they can do about it.

I'd love to see the "agency" arrest them both, the Moose and the illegals, right in the middle of the speech.
