A horrific scene unfolded on a Bronx, N.Y., street this morning. Four bags containing human body parts were dumped and subsequently discovered outside of an elementary school. The grisly find has led to a bustling crime scene on Eagle Street and 158th Street.

The bags was purportedly dropped by an individual who was traveling in a vehicle; they were placed on top of a pile of trash around 5 a.m. Around 5:30 a.m., emergency personnel confirmed that a deceased individual was found at the scene. Among the parts discovered was a human head.

Well I think I know what Mayor Bloomberg's response is going to be.

He'll need to create a new "zone". Since this was already a big gulp, drug-free, gun-free zone,

yep, you guessed it, he needs to create a body-part free zone.
