Now that is silly, a majority in the nation did the same thing, now the year is 2013, , and I do not recall any votes on the slavery issue. And we do not have a topic called slavery. And marriage is not a civil rights issue.

Federalism could be used to enforce inherent human and civil rights, superior to local voter opinions to the contrary.

Marrage has nothing to do with civil rights, no one is prevented from getting married. As the the good justice, ask today, when did marrage become unconstitutional. What the gays want here is to change the dictionary.
