Former FAMU percussionist Caleb Jackson, who has been in jail since he was arrested nearly a year ago in the fatal hazing of drum major Robert Champion, is expected to plead guilty today and cooperate with Orange County prosecutors.
Jackson, 24, could also be the first of the 14 felony defendants to get prison time.
