While political pundits and media analysts who live in an alternative universe (also known as the left-wing) scream conspiracy theory from the rooftops, we are witnessing an historic event playing out in the form of the Benghazi hearings. Reminiscent of Hillary Clinton's infamous accusations of a "vast right-wing conspiracy" when the House impeached her husband, everyone from Al Sharpton to Debbie Wasserman Schultz is demonizing the House Oversight Committee for staging a "witch hunt" in order to understand what happened the night that four American citizens were murdered by al Qaeda-affiliated terrorists in Libya. But despite Obama and Clinton's combined political savvy (coupled with a complicit and disinterested mainstream media), a Shakespearean tragedy that will make Watergate look like child's play may very well be unfolding.

Short answer? No.

The "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" principle can be applied here - only it needs to be modified to "If a scandal happens on a democrat watch and only Fox News covers it, is it a scandal."

No, of course it isn't.

Face it. Expecting justice to be done with the corrupt and rotten to the core ruling class and state run media is naive at best. As much as all of us would like to see it.

I think it will depend on who it benifits from a power vaccuum if Obama becomes to damaged (maybe not by this) but somewhere down the road O will be discarded--all through history Kings and Emperors have been swept aside for one reason or another

ABC acquired the emails from the White House doctoring of the CIA talking points 12 times, something they denied previously.

If ABC is interested there is hope that the truth will come out.

And the dumbo idiots who want so desperately to couch this in the light of Republican partisan attacks and sweep this under the rug are going to have a much more difficult time if evidence of deceit and outright lies are uncovered that point to Hillary and BO.

This could get interesting.

For the record this is TEN TIMES more serious than Watergate ever was. We're living in the post Bill Clinton partisan divide climate though. The truth isn't nearly as important as the greater goal of retaining power.
