I don't know if it is possible or not, but I've read elsewhere that there is a possibility of them sneaking it through since supposedly the language (which I have not looked up) say 2/3 of those present at the time. So the theory is that Reid could sneak a group of Dems in and hold a quick ratifying vote. I hope that isn't the case.

Any treaty he or any other president signs is null and void if it is contrary to Constitutional Law.

The ONLY way to legally violate the Constitution is to hold a Constitutional Convention and have the states vote it down. NOT the US Senate or the US Congress,but the individual state governments.

Which in MY opinion is why the Dims and the RINO's have had a full-court press going the last couple of decades to import all the socialists from 3rd world countries they can convince to come here,and then push to register them to vote. People who have never had a Bill of Rights and who don't even understand what one is will be more than happy to vote to void them by a socialist government that promises to give them everything they need if they will just vote to put them in power.

Once they get enough 3rd worlders living here to tip the scales,they WILL be calling for a Constitutional Convention. That's the only hope they have of seizing dictatorial power without facing a violent revolution.

Agreed, however I doubt if any of the political elite worry about even the pretense of legal or constitutional anymore.

Also agreed, and the importation has been done under the cover of jobs Americans can't / won't do.

I'm not so sure they will bother with a Constitutional Convention. After all the Constitution has been declared a living document, open to interpretation in accordance with our brave new world with its moral equivalence and political correctness.

Meanwhile the PTB have no problem using the Judiciary, Fourth Branch of Government, and evolving police state to enforce laws, regulations, treaties, etc that violate the constitution. And Congress which holds the power of the purse will not use it.

Eventually those who remember what freedom, individual responsibility, small government, the constitution are will die off, aided by ObamaCare.
