He was always running for that Senate seat. The Lout has been in declining health for a long time and the seat is a slam dunk win for him. That is why Fat Bastard came up with this chicken shit special waste of money election. He was scared that if Booker was on the ballot in '14 when he was running, it would energize Rats to come to the polls.
