I am live streaming the IRS Spending hearing and working at the same time so my attention is not 100% and I am paraphrasing as follows:

Seem like the IRS can only substantiate 90% (I think) of the expenditures that were made on these conventions etc.

After questioning the IRS representative, the Congressman said .....so let me ask you ask again. The IRS can only substantiate 90% of the expenditures made and you want the American people to accept that when if the tables were reversed, the IRS would NOT accept 90% substantiation from the taxpayer !! Is that correct ?? Answer: YES !!

PRICELESS !!

This episode is going to effect audits for years to come. It destroys any shred of credibility they have.
