MARK LEVIN: This is America and our government’s collecting way too damn much data on ‘we the private citizen’!
In a fantastic segment, Mark Levin told Cavuto that we have the elements of a police state here in American when you consider all that is going on, including the latest that the NSA is secretly collecting phone data on American citizens. “This is America”, he proclaims, “and our government is collecting way too damn much data on the American people.”
When asked about the government’s response that they did this in responses to the Boston bombings, he says that’s ludicrous, that the Russians shared intelligence and begged us to capture one of the Boston Jihadi bombers and we didn’t do it.

It's not ludicrous because the Russians shared intelligence information with the US. It is ludicrous because our government has trampled upon our freedom.
"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jefferson
