Not going to help catch most of the drug users.

Here's the way it goes: Girlfriend with at least three kids (more money) rent low rent-housing apartment, signs up for a six to eight hundred dollars a month food card, plus Medicaid health card. Cannot name the daddy/daddies of her babies, and even though social services say they will deny assistance unless they name the daddies, they never actually deny it.

Boyfriend lives in apartment with the baby machine, owes nothing, and rides around in an Escalade with his other drug using buddies.

Over the years, many have learned how to beat the system...

I know of one beauty with 5 kids, she "GAVE" one of the kids to her sister to raise who has a job and is of means to support the child. (The sister actually has a boy friend and a husband and she lives part-time (with the kid) with both the hubby and boy friend.) The kid calls "the sister" ....mommy and the hubby and boy friend are called "daddies" by the kid !!

However, the child still "BELONGS" to the birth mom (no adoption papers ever executed) because the child is still eligible like the other four kids for welfare.

Free daycare, food, support, medical .....and BTW no daddies for any of these kids.

AND, there is NO SHAME to any of the people involved !! They talk about "all the details" openly ...like it is no big deal.

You can't make this stuff up ......but every bit of it ....is TRUE, I swear !!

The article doesn't say why they are testing for drugs. If you test positive, do you get extra benefits?
