He's probably correct. As Limbaugh has said, they are so well indoctrinated that it's really not necessary to give specific orders. They all know what to do, and they know they will be protected from consequences.

This here is why the Rats will perpetually be in power. There is no way in hell Reid or Pelosi would ever give an inch on any issue that makes the other party bleed. What does this fag Tippy Turtle do? Voluntarily give the Rats a talking point to deflect any further questioning. This reminds me of when Trent Lott and Santorum tanked the Clinton impeachment in the Senate because they thought it might be too messy.
