Another loophole inserted into the new version of the �Gang of Eight� immigration bill allows Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano (or any of her successors) to nix the construction of a required border security fence if she does not find it to be an "appropriate" use of resources.

Oh! is someone reading these bills before they are passed? naughty naughty!

I thought the new standard was to pass the new legislation first! and then you can read it to find out what's in it.

How brainless is the state of our elected representatives that s*it like this has a chance of passing into law!

We're now dealing with dishonest crooks and this "loophole" being inserted is proof:

The bureaucracy: the new fourth branch of government. The bureaucracy is permanent, unaccountable, unelected and choking us like a weed. The bureaucrat exists, generating nothing of value, using perceived problems to justify his existence.
