Told ya the employer mandate delay would damage the amnesty bill's prospects.
Excerpt:
The bill’s first fatal deficiency is that it doesn’t solve the illegal-immigration problem. The enforcement provisions are riddled with exceptions, loopholes, and waivers. Every indication is that they are for show and will be disregarded, just as prior notional requirements to build a fence or an entry/exit visa system have been – and just as President Obama has recently announced he’s ignoring aspects of Obamacare that are inconvenient to enforce on schedule. Why won’t he waive a requirement for the use of E-Verify just as he’s unilaterally delayed the employer mandate?
Just a ploy from William Kristol to win back conservatives--Remember what his views on immigration are
On Sunday morning on Fox Five News with Chris Wallace, William Kristol said:
I’m a liberal on immigration…. What damage have they done that’s so great in 20 years [since the 1986 amnesty]?… What’s happened that’s so terrible in the last 20 years? Is the crime rate up in the United States in the last 20 years? Is unemployment up in the United States in the last 20 years?
And they’ve been contributing to the U.S. economy and not damaging U.S. society. There have been marches with Mexican flags, which conservative talk radio is up in arms about. I mean, are these people serious? Are these people—what, are they going to be traitors to the U.S.?
… I am pro-immigration, and I am even soft on illegal immigration.

He really said that? He is that profoundly uninformed? Wow.

As usual, Eggie, you're lookin' through the wrong end of the telescope.
Even "liberals" on the issue of amnesty are coming out against the current immigration bill.
And, again, the reason (behind the curtain) is Obama's ACA Employer Mandate delay.
