When those in political power can determine what evidence may be gathered by the defense, etc. etc. there is no justice.

I believe this was one of the sparks (justice or the lack thereof in the courts) that led to the Declaration of Independence.

I'll bet you are rooting for Zimmerman to lose this trial because the incompetent whore Prosecutor, with a history of bringing bad cases to trial, is a Republican and Republicans are always right.
