I don't know where FOX has been all these years. The WH had Cass Sunstien on the payroll who is the master of this "nudge" stuff. He wrote the book on it years ago.

I was going to post the same thing based on seeing the title of this thread. I suspect that he set all of this up while at ORA for a phased implementation. Lucky us!
