John Bolton said today that Obama is the weakest president since James Buchanan and that his speech in the Rose Garden was stunning. While he has been against the use of force in Syria this entire time Bolton points out, he still wants a strong presidency. But after watching that speech he says it’s clear that we are watching the collapse of American influence in the Middle East.

He argued that if Obama doesn’t get approval from Congress, that will send a message to Iran that it is smooth sailing to get nuclear weapons unless Israel strikes.

Comparing Obama to Buchanan is an insult to Buchanan.

If Bolton disappeared from the television I wouldn't miss him.
