If you examine the link, you'll see that it comes under the category of "news" (not, for instance, editorial). I guess I look at it differently, but I am of the opinion that colorful terms like those do not belong in alleged "news" articles.

No one is saying you are part of the problem. In fact, I commend you - though while you and I apparently disagree on strategy and tactics, you present your views intelligently. And I believe - in the end - both of us would like to see the same thing (i.e. the end of Zero-care).

When one "leads", there are always potential down-sides. Consider any wartime general you could name. The great ones were certainly not risk-averse. And make no mistake - this IS war. From the standpoint of myself and many of my fellow right-wingers, we have believed that for too long the GOPe didn't even look at it as a war. We like that finally there are some in the GOP (Cruz and Lee and others) who DO see this as a war - and a war worthy to be fought.

The GOP was also ecstatic in the mid 2000's when the Rats were fighting each other at every turn.....until the Left wing took over and they took the Congress and the WH.
