Yes - we all get it. What Cruz, Lee, and the others are doing is a long-shot. Dirty Harry, Stretch Pelosi, Zero and the rest of the demoncrats certainly hold most of the cards.

But the article covers no new ground - no new angle. It's the same old crap - A government shutdown is akin to World War III - to be avoided at all costs. And if the gov't IS shutdown, it's those crazy tea party right wingers who are to blame. Not Zero and his pals - who continue to foist Zero care on a public that hates it.

I agree that it's a shame that we do have a "shoot-the-messenger" attitude - but in most cases it is justified.
