This has nothing to do with the Tea Party. Did you read the article? It is a battle between a Libertarian, AJ Spiker, and the state GOP. All info on this dude indicates he is a Ron Paul Libertarian. Secondly, can anyone show me a state party, either Rat or GOP, which isn't involved in squabbles and in fighting? Even the article points out it is standard operating procedure.

The only thing this article points out is that some states have archaic and nonsensical rules in place for nominating candidates. If anything, that is what should be addressed here.

You cite a fundraising event in IA as proof that Spiker isn't a Libertarian Paulbot? The press release doesn't even mention Rand Paul, who isn't his father BTW.
