House Republicans – led by Energy and Commerce Committee chairman Fred Upton – are planning to pass a bill this week that has the potential to help millions of people who are now in the impossible position of holding soon-to-expire insurance with no good options for replacement coverage. And it would do so by providing an escape from Obamacare, not a fix for the fatally flawed legislation.

Hokay..

Millions of Americans would flock to a revitalized insurance marketplace that offered lower premium products....

And guess who would remain in the ObamaCare risk/cost pool?

You guessed it, the old, the infirm, those with pre-existing conditions and the destitute who get subsidies.

These are the very people who drive-up ObamaCare premium costs.

Obama is holding an ObamaCare presser in which he just admitted:

1. Although people in the WH knew two weeks before that the launch the web site would crash, no one told him.

2. He knows he misled the public (but claims he didn't mean to).

3. He thought people would be "pleasantly surprised" with ObamaCare premium prices.

Fred Upton outlawed the incandescent light bulb forcing Americans to buy Chinese made, mercury filled crap bulbs yet we are supposed to believe now that what he is doing here with Zerocare is somehow good? Fred Upton is a Progressive hack and the reason the current GOP has no credibility on any issue.

Ah. An Upton fan. So you have no problem with Progressive Big Govt' regulations as long as there is an "R" after the persons name. Good to know.

BTW, the light bulb ban law shut down the factories in the US where incandescent bulbs were produced. 1000's of manufacturing jobs were lost and not replaced because regs are too onerous to make the new bulbs in the US.
