Accidental honesty from one of New York’s most liberal senators.
On This Week With George Stephanopoulus, ABC reporter Martha Raddatz discussed Obamacare with Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Governor Scott Walker.
When discussion of implementation was brought up, Raddatz asked the senator if she was misled by President Obama. After initially dancing around the question citing a lack of specifics in the President’s statements and how there should have been more, Gillibrand made a rather startling off-handed statement.
No, we all knew…
Yes, we all knew, but Republicans and Tea Party conservatives were the only ones going out in public and telling the truth about it. Democrats and the President simply lied.
Shes such a dipshit, but this time it worked in our favor. I wonder if she got punished by Chucky. Notice..he has been missing in action, since this all began?
What really gets me about these congress people is...dont they all have extended family? People they care about that arent exempt? Didnt they care that these people would lose the insurance they actually WANT?
If the republicans dont use this against them and use it to repeal this thing..then they are more stupid than some people think they are.
No, we all knew, the whole point of the plan is to cover things people need, like preventive care, birth control, pregnancy. How many women the minute they get pregnant might risk their coverage? How many women paid more because of their gender because they might get pregnant? Those are the reforms…
The things people like? You mean men now want mamograms and pap smears? Single men need pediatrician coverage with dental? Women need prostate care? And people SHOULD pay for the type care they need...a woman needs different care than a man and if that costs more, so be it. However, I never saw any of this on our policies. They paid for everything we ever needed.
This is all bullchit about people losing coverage. I have had health insurance for over 40 years. I had one child born with a cleft palate (needing several surgeries throughout life), another who got lupus at age 11 (needing expensive bloodwork, sometimes every month), my husband has had cancer, twice, had been hospitalized and tested for heart ailment (that he never had) and had a burst appendix (4 days in the hospital) and all of his ailments were in a 10 year span...and we never lost coverage or came close to losing it..and they always paid for everything...and our deductables have never been higher than $200. We have only been questioned once or twice about some care we received. They asked, we answered, they paid. I dont know anyone who was ever dropped because they got sick.

Ducky, this is one of those "smacking-my-forehead" moments.
The reason Pelosi, et al, didn't want people to read the bill before they passed it is because it turns out that one of the primary thrusts of the bill is nothing but a political pay-off to the radical, men-hating, feminists.
{And all they had to is ruin 1/6 of the U.S. economy to give it to them!}
I dont buy that. The bill was out there for them to read. They just didnt want to be bothered. That was why she made that comment. None of them wanted to wade thru a 2000 page bill that was written so you could hardly understand it. I read part of it, myself. She didnt even read it...so I doubt what you think is correct. What is correct is that nobody read it, we knew they were voting on something they never read, and this why that senile bitch made her ridiculous comment...to cover for none of them having read it.

Yes,they all have extended families that don't get the sweetheart deals they get,and "No,they don't care".
Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)

I disagree. Some of them need to be hanged,and some of them just need some time in prison.
Very few of them should just be let go.
