We live in a time in our country where we are told that homosexuality is acceptable. Obama knows this. What is the press going to do?

Are they going to write breathless stories about sexual escapades in a clubhouse? Or are they going to stand back respectfully and let the president have his privacy?

They will do the latter. Fifty years from now people will comb through the press reports when the definitive history of Barack Obama is written. The public will respond in the same way that they have to JFK's philandering... with a yawn.
