A good explanation of what Rand is trying to get the people to understand.

I sent a letter to my senators (one's a stupid leftist rat) to support Rand Paul.

This is what I said (to the good senator, I took out the words 'whom your office EXISTS to SERVE') :

"No one person, no one politician should be allowed ... to judge the guilt of an individual and to execute an individual. It goes against everything we fundamentally believe in our country."

Please support our Constitution, the American People whom your office EXISTS to SERVE, and Rand Paul in his efforts to limit abuse of power by Obama and those whom he would use to exert his un-Constitutional policies.

I think I see now why he folded on Hagel. This is a bigger issue and he knew that he was going to the mat with this jerk, so why expend capitol on a forgone conclusion i.e.; Hagel getting in.
