I thought about him. I think he may be too polarizing. The uninformed masses would see GWB* in him, and it may make him less effective. Plus, he's quite conservative on some issues, and not on others - illegal immigration springs to mind.


* Even though he and W have never gotten along and have openly feuded on occasion.

Uh.....mmmm....yeah.

The seat of Governor in the state of Texas is a weak position. The power resides with the Lt Governor.
Personally, I have had my fill with Perry and his cronies over the last 10 years.

Possibly, whomever, this backdoor deal making by elected politicians has got to stop. It is anti government and anti constitutional..
