House Speaker John A. Boehner said Wednesday that the House will pass his bill that would raise taxes on millionaires but extend tax cuts for everyone else, and said it's then up to President Obama to either accept that plan or be responsible for a tax increase on everyone.
"The president will have a decision to make. He can call on the Senate Democrats to pass our bill, or he can be responsible for the largest tax increase in American history," Mr. Boehner said as he briefly appeared before reporters to respond to Mr. Obama's press conference earlier in the day.
Boehner needs to do more than speak briefly in front of reporters. He needs to assemble a group of republicans and get this message out to the people. Let them know it's Obama and not the republicans that wants higher taxes and a credit card with no limit on spending.

Amen sister. I have no idea why the GOP is sitting on their hands with this issue instead of pushing like their lives depended on it the concept that Zero owns this and he is the one who wants to go over the cliff. He has stated so publicly during the campaign as his solution to cutting the debt. The GOP should be buying ad time and treating this like a campaign.
Boehner and his two helpers are clueless, obama wants to destroy the republican party and the three stoogies are doing back flips to help him. Vote the clintoon buget and go home that matches the taxes. And the first time they vote on anything about guns they will lose office in two years. A vote for nut controll is acceptable.
