GOP Sen. Mark Kirk of Illinois on Tuesday became the second sitting Republican senator to endorse gay marriage - a move that also could shift the political debate over legalizing gay marriage in Kirk's home state.

No, Cedric.

The answer is that the liberals don't hide and lie about their principles when they are running for office and then when they get to Washington go back on every promise that got them elected.

Republicans vow to not raise taxes. Then they raise taxes.

Republicans vow to fight Obama on Obamacare. Then they fund it.

Republicans vow to defend the Second Amendment, the unborn, traditional marriage and then they moderate their view in bipartisan support of their brothers across the aisle.

They lie and refuse to defend the rights that the promised to defend.

Democrats adhere to building the State. Republicans give lip service to fighting against it and then vote however they please once in office. They have no conscience and they don't care about how they mislead the public. They care more about inside deals, support from special interests and the perks that come with the office.

Unfortunately the voters don't pay attention to their voting record. And when they do notice the voters give them a pass and say, "This time they had to compromise. Next time they'll hold the line, because they are wearing the GOP team jersey. I just know it!"

When Boehner says he trusts Obama he means it with all of his heart because the two of them have many of the same goals and work together against the rights of the people who are too busy with their Iphones and reality television to notice.

Republican voters vote for their Congressman and Senators with a loyalty that is laughable. When shown evidence to the contrary that these men and women are not defending them they become disinterested, refuse to see that they are woefully uniformed and show a lack of attention that is criminal.

Huh?

That's all they do is lie!

The last guy to come out and say he's a liberal as he attempted to get elected was Dukakis.

Clinton, Gore, Kerry and Obama all lied about who they really were/are in their efforts to get elected.
