It isn't viable. It has lost the WH to a Marxist TWICE and can't even knock a crook like Dingy Harry out of office. Let's also add to that the fact that Boner, after his continual capitulation, has moved the congressional Republicans BEHIND the Rats 3 points in the generic ballot for the '14 midterms. The only vibrancy and excitement in the party resides in the Tea Party/Conservative wing of the party, a la Cruz, Paul, Lee et al.
