Cedric do you not understand ideologies in the realm of politics-- Manchin-Toomey might have been voted down it will pop back up with different backers or slipped in somewhere else it does not go away when Reid shelved it that is exactlly what he did shelve it only to dust it off later on

They will point at this and say see this is why we need immigration reform because people can come who we don't know blah blah blah.
